P.S please excuse the name meatball as they turned out to be more like meat patties.

Usually, I find turkey a bit bland and boring but this recipe is FULL of flavor!

Turkey MeatballsMeatballs
1 pound ground turkey

3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 large egg
2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp black pepper
6 tbsp sunflower oil, for searing
